The Account holder confirms that the information in this form is accurate as at signing date and commits to inform the Bank in writing immediately upon any change (within maximum 30 days), in which case, a new form shall be completed.The Account holder acknowledges that as of the date of signature of this Power of Attorney, all transactions made by the Attorney within the limits of his/their powers are valid and binding upon him / her and gives full and complete discharge to the Bank, which, to the extent permitted by law and by the General Terms and Conditions of the Bank, shall incur no liability vis-à-vis the Account holder or vis-à-vis his/their successors and assigns.
