En caso de haber obtenido una sentencia por un hecho previo y estar ante el enjuiciamiento de un «tipo conexo-subsiguiente esencial» (de norma de resguardo ), en donde los injustos de ambos delitos están intrínsecamente relacionados, pues se rigen por la accesoriedad limitada, será necesario que la sentencia por el hecho previo dé por configurado este estadio, sin importar el sentido del fallo.

Encontré injusto penal como criminal offense, pero aquí sale "injustos de ambos delitos".
