Rider to fixed term rental agreements of machinery, installed equipment, other assets
For rental agreements entered into by

- hereinafter referred to as Lessor –
These terms form an inseparable part of every rental agreement.
I. Key Terms
1. Payment of VAT
The Lessee shall be responsible for the rental fee plus legally applicable VAT at the time of payment.
2. Prime interest rate: the official interest rate published by the MNB on a daily basis.
II. Performance and payment of the first rental fee installment
Lessee must pay the first rental installment payment in such a manner so as to allow the money to arrive at Lessor’s account within 8 days of the execution of this agreement. In case there is a failure to do so, Lessor shall be entitled to unilaterally rescind the contract.
The performance of the service that the first rental fee installment forms the basis of is the day of the agreement’s execution.
III. Acceptance of the rental object, its operation
1. The lessee shall accept the equipment from Lessor to be used in the prescribed manner. The time and place of the transfer shall be recorded in a transfer-acceptance journal, which shall comprise an inseparable part of this agreement (appendix no. 1).
2. Lessee must see to the operation of the equipment at its own expense, ensuring the requisite environment and security, professional storage, preventive maintenance, service and professional repair. The site for storage shall be set forth in a statement of storage, which shall comprise an inseparable part of this agreement (appendix no. 2). Client’s failure to inform INNOTRADE of a change in the storage location of the asset is considered a reason for the immediate rescission of the contract. If INNOTRADE suffers any kind of disadvantage or harm as a result of this failure, the client accrues the obligation to compensate it in full.
IV. Guarantee, warranty, complaint
1. At the time of the transfer-acceptance, the Lessee has confirmed the existence of those official environmental, occupational safety and other permits related to the subject matter of the agreement. The Lessor shall assign its rights concerning warranties and guarantees to the Lessee. In the context of the above the Lessor shall hold Lessee harmless. The Lessee has the obligation to enforce the guarantee and accessory warranty rights, if required, against the Vendor without delay.
2. During the term of the rental, the expenses for the maintenance and repair of the subject matter of the agreement – not included in the above detailed concept – shall be borne by the Lessee. Repair and maintenance may be undertaken exclusively in brand service centers.
3. During the time of the rental’s repair, Lessee may not request loaner equipment; the duration of the repair may not affect the rental payment obligations of the Lessee or the extent of the rental fee.
V. The title to the object of the rental and its use
1. During the term of the rental the equipment shall be owned exclusively by the Lessor, however, as security for the loan therefor, the refinancing bank shall place and register a lien upon it within the public registry of the Hungarian National Chamber of Notaries. During the term of the rental the equipment shall be in the possession of the Lessee, who shall be using it in the prescribed manner.
2. When the rental period ends, the Lessee must return the equipment on the day of the termination of the rental period to the Lessor, along with all accessories.
3. In case Lesee fails to return the subject matter of the lease at the expiration of the rental period, until the actual transfer takes place, Lessee must pay Lessor a usage fee equal to the amount of the rental fee.
4. Client has the obligation to provide for the inviolability/presence of the sticker/stickers that had been affixed on the equipment it had rented, for the purpose of identification. In case it fails to do so, Lessor is entitled to the right of immediate rescission; also, in the event of a breach of this provision, Lessor is not obligated to accept unequivocally not-identifiable equipment at the time of rescission or at the time of expiration.
VI. Risk of damage, insurance coverage
1. Lessee has the obligation to store the subject matter of the rental at the storage facility defined in an appendix of this agreement, comprised of the storage declaration. At the storage facility, the Lessor – as the owner of the item – bears the risk of damage. Via duly authorized personnel with executory power, Lessee must officially report a change in the storage facility, in writing, within 5 days prior to the change. If Lessee is guilty of misfeasance in the context of non-reporting, it accrues the obligation to compensate for damages.
2. Lessor must enter into a property insurance policy for the subject matter of the rental, for the entire duration of the rental. In case the insurance coverage had been entered into without regard for the characteristics of the rental object or data provided by the Lessee, resulting in risk during transport, Lessee shall still transport the asset and shall bear risk of damage during this time.
3. The occurrence of a potential damage event does not impact the rental fee payment obligation (taking into account Section 4). At the time an insurance event takes place, Lessee must notify Lessor immediately and send it a copy of the damage assessment minutes. The Lessor must utilize the sum of the insurance payment for the repairs.
4. If the subject matter of the rental becomes irreparable, is lost or is destroyed, the rental becomes void.
VII. The fiscal conditions of the rental fee’s payment
1. Lessee must pay, on a monthly basis in advance, a rental fee until the expiration and during the term of the rental agreement for the possession and use of the equipment. The date of performance for the Lessor’s service shall be the first day of each calendar month. The size of the fee payment, its due date and manner is contained by the rental agreement. If Lessee has more than one legally binding outstanding obligation towards Lessor, incoming funds must be applied to meet incidental expenses first (for example: late interest, security costs and costs for the enforcement of rights, insurance premiums, weight tax, expert fees, transfer costs, etc.), followed by the primary obligation, starting with the one that has the oldest deadline, even if there is more than one agreement in force between the Lessee and the Lessor. Only Lessor is entitled to deviate from the above provision.
2. The Lessor shall send an invoice concerning the rental fee obligation at least 8 days prior to the due date according to the agreement. If the due fee installment does not arrive by the due date to Lessor, the performance is deemed to be late, Lessor is thereby entitled to the late interest comprised of twice the prevailing prime rate of interest. The base late interest shall be the entire missed amount, increased by VAT.
3. The Lessee may request the modification of the agreement in writing, in consideration of the sum of 0.5% of the net asset value, at a minimum HUF 20,000, capped at HUF 100,000. The payment of this fee, however, does not guarantee that the modification of the agreement will actually take place; that may only take place on the basis of the Lessor’s decision to that effect.
4. If in the rental agreement the Parties have agreed to a deadline based or immediate third party collection payment method, then Lessor shall charge Lessee’s account with the amount of the rental fee payment. Lessee has the obligation to acquire, from its account holding bank, a so-called affidavit of acceptance to that effect and convey the same at the time of the agreement’s execution.
5. The calculation of the rental fee was performed in the knowledge of the prevailing base prime rate of interest at the time of entering into the agreement.
Lessee acknowledges Lessor’s right that for the payable rental fees it may proportionately enforce the change in the published base prime rate of interest that had been published by the MNB for the remaining rental fees.
6. If the enforcement of the rental fees, and other financial or other sorts of obligations related to the rental agreement, late for reasons that have arisen on the side of the Lessee, is performed by the representative of the Lessor (loan officer), and/or the performance of the obligations, due to the misfeasance of the Lessee takes place only subsequent to the authorization of the representative – irrespective of the voluntary nature of Lessee’s subsequent performance – Lessee must compensate Lessor, in accordance with its forwarded invoice, for all fees and expenses it had accrued on the basis of the agency.
VIII. The rescission of the rental agreement
1. Lessee may not rescind the rental agreement.
2. Lessor may rescind the rental agreement effective immediately under the following conditions:
2.1. The Lessee must report any sort of a change in its information (address, financial identification number, etc) to the Lessor immediately. Failure to do so is a cause for termination.
2.2. Change that has occurred in the identity of the Lessee (for example in the composition of the owners) that unfavorably influences the performance of the obligations stemming from the rental agreement.
2.3. Inappropriate use.
2.4. In case bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings are initiated against Lessee. In this case Lessee must return the equipment to Lessor’s possession within 3 days. Lessor may enforce its claim concerning the rental fee pursuant to the provisions of Act XLIX of 1991 (concerning bankruptcy, liquidation proceedings and final settlement). In the interest of informing about the reason for the cancellation, Lessee shall undertake the obligation that in case it files for bankruptcy or becomes aware of a petition for liquidation, it shall inform Lessor concerning these facts, in writing, before the occurrence of the reason for termination.
2.5. Lessee is more than 30 days late with its rental fee, insurance premium or other payment obligations.
2.6. The Lessee breaches its obligations set forth under this Agreement.
3. In case of the cancellation of the rental agreement by Lessor, Lessee must return the equipment immediately. Lessee must compensate Lessor for all damages stemming from the premature termination of the agreement.
4. Lessor must notify Lessee about the cancellation of the rental agreement, in writing. The cancellation is to be considered delivered even when it was undertaken via mail-return receipt requested to the address designated by the client (since the client’s failure to report a change is considered a misfeasance and a reason for termination), and despite this delivery failed, for whatever reason (the addressee did not accept delivery, moved from the designated address, etc.). In this case the day of delivery is the day of the return date of the return receipt to the Lessor. Lessee may not use the equipment after receipt of the written notification; it must return the equipment to Lessor, along with all of its accessories and documents (warranty letters, etc). If it fails to do so, Lessor is entitled to move the equipment from Lessee’s storage facility – Lessee expressly agrees to this condition – and until the Lessor actually comes in possession, Lessee must pay a usage fee equal to the amount of the rental fee. After the equipment’s return, as its owner, Lessor shall be free to do as it wishes with it.
5. If in spite of the cancellation the equipment is not returned within the specified deadline, the Lessor is entitled to charge a monthly usage fee until it is actually returned. The usage fee is equal to the amount of the rental fee.
IX. Miscellaneous Provisions
1. Lessee may not sublet or permit others to make use of the equipment.
2. Lessor may inspect or conduct inspections of the subject matter of the rental at any time, including in the course of operating.
3. Lessee must undertake the provision of all statistical data that are prescribed for the object of the rental.
4. The contracting parties undertake the obligation that – at Lessor’s option – they shall incorporate this agreement or the Lessee’s declaration acknowledging its indebtedness, subsequent to the execution of the agreement, within a month, in the form of a notarized document, the procedural expenses of which shall be borne by the Lessee. The unilateral declaration of the Lessor may exempt the parties from the obligation of incorporating into a notarized document. Even in the event of granting an exemption, Lessor may unilaterally obligate Lessee to incorporate into a notarized document if the conditions that existed at the time of entering into the rental agreement changed significantly concerning the person of the Lessee or the subject matter of the rental, or if the Lessee regularly or to a large extent fails to perform its payment obligations. In case the scheduling of the rental agreement changes for any reason, and the agreement had been secured by incorporation into a notarized document, Lessee has the obligation to once again set down its obligation in a notarized document.
5. Lessee agrees that Lessor may convey the personal and business information that it had been provided by Lessee in to its representative in the interest of enforcing its claim.
6. In case Lessee does not perform the provisions under the “Payment Collateral” section containing the obligations that secure the contract, under page 2, section 5 of this agreement, Lessor is entitled to unilaterally rescind the agreement.
X. Adjudication of Disputes
In case of legal dispute the Parties acknowledge either the jurisdiction of the Pest Capital District Court or, depending on subject matter jurisdiction, the Capital Court. The provisions of the civil code concerning rental agreements shall govern issues that are not governed by this agreement.

által megkötött berendezés bérleti szerződésekre.
Jelen feltételek elválaszthatatlan részét képezik valamennyi
bérleti szerződésnek.
I. Fogalmak
1. ÁFA megfizetése:
A Bérlőt terhelő bérleti díjat a fizetés időpontjában érvényes jogszabályok szerinti ÁFA terheli
2. Jegybanki alapkamat: az MNB által naponta hivatalosan közzétett kamat.
II. Az első bérleti díjrészlet teljesítése és megfizetése
Bérlő köteles az első bérleti díjrészletet oly módon megfizetni, hogy az összeg jelen szerződés aláírásától számított 8 banki napon belül Bérbeadó számlájára megérkezzen. Ennek elmulasztása esetén Bérbeadót egyoldalú elállási jog illeti meg.
Az első bérleti díjrészlet alapját képező szolgáltatás teljesítése a szerződés aláírásának napja.
III. A bérleti tárgy átvétele, üzemeltetése
1. Bérlő a berendezést rendeltetésszerű használatra átveszi Bérbeadótól. Az átvétel helyét, időpontját Átadás-átvételi jegyzőkönyv rögzíti, amely jelen szerződés elválaszthatatlan részét képezi (1. sz. melléklet).
2. Bérlő saját költségére köteles gondoskodni a berendezés üzemeltetéséről, az ehhez szükséges környezeti és biztonsági feltételekről, a szakszerű tárolásról, a megelőző karbantartásról, szervizről és szakszerű javíttatásról. A tárolás helyét Tárolási nyilatkozat rögzíti, amely jelen szerződés elválaszthatatlan részét képezi (2. sz. melléklet). Amennyiben az eszköz tárolási helyében történt változást az ügyfél nem közli előzetesen az INNOTRADE Rt.-vel, ez azonnali hatályú felmondási indoknak minősül. Amennyiben ebből eredően az INNOTRADE Rt.-t bárminemű hátrány vagy kár éri, azt az ügyfél köteles maradéktalanul megtéríteni.
IV. Jótállás, szavatosság, reklamáció
1. A Bérlő az átvételkor meggyőződött a bérlet tárgyára vonatkozó környezetvédelmi, munkavédelmi és egyéb forgalomba hozatalt érintő hatósági engedély meglétéről. A bérbeadó a jótállással és a szavatossággal kapcsolatos jogait a bérlőre engedményezi. A bérbeadó e tekintetben a bérlővel szemben a felelősségét kizárja. A bérlő köteles a jótállási és kellékszavatossági jogokat szükség esetén a szállítóval szemben haladéktalanul érvényesíteni.
2. A bérlet időtartama alatt a bérlet tárgyának – a fenti fogalomkörbe nem tartozó – karbantartási és javítási költségei a Bérlőt terhelik. A javításokat és a karbantartást kizárólag márkaszervizekben szabad elvégeztetni.
3. A bérlet tárgyának javítási idejére a Bérlő a Bérbeadótól cseretárgyat nem igényelhet és a javítás időtartama nem érinti a Bérlő bérfizetési kötelezettségét és a bérleti díj mértékét.
V. A bérlet tárgyának tulajdonjoga és használata
1. A bérlet ideje alatt a berendezés a Bérbeadó kizárólagos tulajdonát képezi, azonban arra nyújtott hitele fedezetéül a refinanszírozó banknak ingó jelzálogjoga kerül a Magyar Országos Közjegyzői Kamara közhiteles nyilvántartásába bejegyzésre. A bérlet ideje alatt a berendezés Bérlő birtokában van, aki azt rendeltetésszerűen használja.
2. A bérleti időtartam lejártával Bérlő a berendezést a lejárat napján köteles valamennyi tartozékával együtt Bérbeadónak visszaadni.
3. Amennyiben a bérleti időtartam lejártával a bérlet tárgyának visszaadását Bérlő elmulasztja, köteles a tényleges birtokbaadásig a bérleti díjjal azonos összegű havi használati díjat Bérbeadó részére megfizetni.
4. Az ügyfél köteles az eszközök beazonosítására szolgáló, az általa bérelt eszköz(ök)ön elhelyezett martica/matricák sértetlenségét, meglétét biztosítani. Ellenkező esetben Bérbeadót megilleti az azonnali hatályú felmondás joga, valamint ennek megszegése esetén Bérbeadó nem köteles felmondáskor, illetőleg lejáratkor az egyértelműen nem azonosítható eszköz(öke)t átvenni.
VI. Kárveszély, biztosítás
1. Bérlő köteles a bérlet tárgyát a szerződés mellékletét képező tárolási nyilatkozatban meghatározott tárolási helyen tartani. A kárveszélyt a tárolási helyen Bérbeadó - mint a dolog tulajdonosa - viseli. A tárolási helyben bekövetkező változást Bérlő köteles legkésőbb a változást megelőző 5. napig írásban, hivatalosan, az aláírásra jogosult által bejelenteni. Ha Bérlőt mulasztás terheli a be nem jelentés tekintetében, kártérítési felelősséggel tartozik.
2. Bérbeadó köteles a bérlet teljes időtartamára vagyonbiztosítást kötni a bérlet tárgyára. Abban az esetben, ha Bérbeadó által megkötött biztosítás a bérleti tárgy tulajdonságaira és Bérlő által szolgáltatott adatokra való tekintettel nem szállítási kockázattal került megkötésre, azonban Bérlő mégis szállítja az eszközt, a kárveszélyt ezen idő alatt viselni tartozik.
3. Esetleges káresemény bekövetkezése a bérleti díjfizetési kötelezettséget nem érinti (a 4. pont figyelembevételével). Biztosítási eseménykor a Bérlő köteles Bérbeadót azonnal értesíteni és részére a kárfelvételi jegyzőkönyv egy példányát megküldeni. A Bérbeadó a biztosítási összeget köteles a javításra fordítani.
4. Ha a bérlet tárgya javíthatatlanná válik, elvész vagy megsemmisül, a bérlet megszűnik.
VII. A bérleti díjfizetés feltételei
1. Bérlő a berendezés birtoklásáért és használatáért a bérleti szerződés hatálya alatt, annak lejáratáig bérleti díjat köteles fizetni havonta előre. A bérbeadói szolgáltatás teljesítésének időpontja minden naptári hónap első napja. A díjfizetés mértékét, esedékességét és módját a bérleti szerződés tartalmazza. Amennyiben Bérbevevőnek több jogcímen áll fenn tartozása Bérbeadó felé, a befolyó pénzből először a járulékos költségeket (pl.: késedelmi kamat, vagyonvédelmi és jogérvényesítési költség, biztosítási díj, súlyadó, szakértői díj, átírási költség stb.) kell kiegyenlíteni, ezt követően pedig a főkötelezettséget, abból is a legrégebbi határidejűvel kezdve, abban az esetben is, ha Bérbevevő és Bérbeadó között több szerződés áll fenn. A fentiektől eltérően kizárólag Bérbeadó jogosult rendelkezni.
2. A bérleti díj fizetési kötelezettségről a szerződés szerinti esedékesség előtt legalább 8 nappal Bérbeadó számlát küld. Amennyiben az esedékes díjrészlet az esedékességi határnapig nem érkezik meg Bérbeadóhoz, úgy a teljesítés késedelmesnek minősül, Bérbeadó egyúttal jogosult a mindenkori jegybanki alapkamat kétszeresét kitevő mértékű késedelmi kamatra. A késedelmi kamat alapja az ÁFA-val növelt teljes elmaradt összeg.
3. Szerződésmódosítást Bérlő írásban kérelmezhet, a nettó eszközérték 0,5%-ának megfelelő, minimum 20.000,-, maximum 100.000,- Ft szerződésmódosítási díj ellenében. Ezen díj megfizetése azonban nem garantálja a szerződésmódosítás megtörténtét, arra kizárólag Bérbeadó pozitív döntése nyomán kerülhet sor.
4. Ha a bérleti szerződésben a Felek határidős, vagy azonnali beszedési megbízásos fizetési módban egyeztek meg, úgy a bérleti díjfizetési kötelezettség összegével a Bérbeadó terheli meg Bérlő számláját. Bérlő köteles Bérbeadó részére folyószámlavezető bankjától ún. befogadó nyilatkozatot beszerezni és a szerződés aláírásakor azt átadni.
5. A bérleti díj kiszámítása a szerződéskötés időpontjában érvényes jegybanki alapkamatláb figyelembevételével történt.
Bérlő elismeri Bérbeadó azon jogát, amely szerint a fizetendő bérleti díjban az MNB által meghirdetett alapkamatláb változást minden esetben arányosan érvényesítheti a hátralévő díjakra.
6. Amennyiben a bérleti díjak, illetve egyéb, a bérleti szerződéshez kapcsolódó pénzbeli, illetőleg egyéb jellegű kötelezettségek érvényesítése Bérbevevő érdekkörében felmerült okok miatti késedelem okán a Bérbeadó megbízottja (adósságkezelő) által történik, illetőleg a kötelezettségek teljesítése a Bérbevevő mulasztása miatt csak a megbízott meghatalmazása után történik – tekintet nélkül arra, hogy a Bérbevevő utólag önkéntesen teljesített-e vagy sem – Bérbevevő tartozik megfizetni a Bérbeadó továbbterhelése alapján a megbízásból eredő összes díjat és költséget.
VIII. A bérleti szerződés megszűnése
1. Bérlő a bérleti szerződést nem mondhatja fel.
2. Bérbeadó a bérleti szerződést azonnali hatállyal jogosult felmondani az alábbi esetekben:
2.1. Bérlő az adataiban bekövetkezett bárminemű változást (cím, pénzforgalmi jelzőszám stb.) köteles azonnal Bérbeadónak bejelenteni. Ennek elmulasztása felmondási ok.
2.2. Bérlő személyében (pl. tulajdonosi összetétel) bekövetkezett változás, amely kedvezőtlenül befolyásolja a bérleti szerződésből eredő kötelezettségek teljesítését.
2.3. Nem rendeltetésszerű üzemi használat.
2.4. Amennyiben Bérlő ellen csődeljárás, vagy felszámolási eljárás indul. Ez esetben Bérlő köteles a berendezést 3 napon belül Bérbeadó birtokába visszaadni. A bérleti díjjal kapcsolatos igényét Bérbeadó az 1991. évi XLIX. tv. (a csődeljárásról, a felszámolási eljárásról és a végelszámolásról) rendelkezései szerint érvényesíti. A felmondás okának tudomásra jutása érdekében Bérlő kötelezettséget vállal arra, hogy amennyiben csődöt kezdeményez vagy felszámolási kérelemről tudomást szerez, már a felmondási ok megvalósulása előtt ezen tényekről Bérbeadót írásban értesíti.
2.5. Bérlő bérleti díj, illetve egyéb fizetési kötelezettségeivel 30 napot meghaladó késedelembe esik.
2.6. Bérlő jelen szerződésben előírt kötelezettségeit megszegi.
3. Bérbeadó bérleti szerződés felmondása esetén Bérlő azonnal köteles a berendezést visszaszolgáltatni. Bérlő köteles megtéríteni Bérbeadónak a szerződés idő előtti megszűnéséből eredő mindennemű kárát.
4. A bérleti szerződés felmondásáról Bérbeadó köteles írásban értesíteni Bérlőt. A felmondást akkor is kézbesítettnek kell tekinteni, ha postai úton tértivevénnyel került elküldésre az ügyfél által megadott címre (tekintettel arra, hogy a változás be nem jelentése az ügyfélnek felróható, és felmondási oknak minősül), és ennek ellenére a kézbesítés bármilyen okból meghiúsult (a címzett nem vette át, elköltözött a megadott címről, stb.). Ez esetben a kézbesítés napja a tértivevény bérbeadóhoz történő visszaérkezésének napja. Bérlő az írásos értesítés kézhezvételétől számítva a berendezést nem használhatja, azt köteles minden tartozékával és okmányaival (garancialevél stb.) Bérbeadónak visszaadni. Ellenkező esetben Bérbeadó jogosult a berendezést Bérlő telephelyéről elszállítani – ehhez Bérlő kifejezetten hozzájárul –, illetőleg Bérbeadó tényleges birtokba kerüléséig Bérbevevő köteles a bérleti díjjal megegyező összegű használati díjat megfizetni. Bérbeadó a visszaszolgáltatást követően, mint a berendezés tulajdonosa, azzal szabadon rendelkezik.
5. Amennyiben a felmondás ellenére az abban foglalt határidőre a berendezés nem kerül visszaszolgáltatásra, a bérbeadó jogosult a tényleges visszaadásig havonta használati díjat felszámolni. A használati díj a bérleti díjjal megegyező összegű
IX. Egyéb feltételek
1. Bérlő a berendezést bérbe, vagy használatba nem adhatja.
2. Bérbeadó a bérlet tárgyát bármikor megtekintheti, működés közben ellenőrizheti.
3. Bérlő köteles teljesíteni Bérbeadó részére a bérleti tárggyal kapcsolatos valamennyi statisztikai adatszolgáltatást.
4. A szerződő felek kötelezettséget vállalnak arra, hogy a – Bérbeadó választása szerint – a jelen szerződést vagy a Bérlő tartozáselismerő nyilatkozatát a szerződés aláírását követően, egy hónapon belül közjegyzői okiratba foglalják, amely eljárásnak költségeit a Bérlő viseli. A közjegyzői okiratba foglalás kötelezettségétől a Bérbeadó egyoldalú nyilatkozata a feleket mentesítheti. Mentesítés esetén is egy éven belül Bérbeadó egyoldalúan kötelezheti Bérlőt a közjegyzői okiratba foglalásra abban az esetben, ha a bérleti szerződés megkötésének időpontjában fennállt feltételek a bérlő személye, illetőleg a bérlet tárgya tekintetében jelentős mértékben megváltoztak, valamint akkor, ha Bérlő fizetési kötelezettségeinek teljesítésében rendszeresen és/vagy nagy mértékben mulaszt. Abban az esetben, ha a bérleti szerződés ütemezése bárminemű okból megváltozik, és a szerződést közjegyzői okiratba foglalás biztosította, Bérlő köteles ismételten közjegyzői okiratba foglaltatni kötelezettségét.
5. Bérlő hozzájárul, hogy bérbeadó a bérlő által szolgáltatott személyes és üzleti tevékenységére vonatkozó adatokat követelése érvényesítése érdekében megbízottjának átadhatja.
6. Amennyiben a szerződést biztosító, a szerződés 2. oldalán, az 5. pontban található „Fizetési biztosítékok” részben foglaltakat Bérbevevő nem teljesíti, Bérbeadó jogosult a szerződéstől egyoldalúan elállni.
X. Vitás kérdések rendezése
Jogvita esetére a Felek alávetik magukat a Pesti Központi Kerületi Bíróság kizárólagos illetékességének, illetve a hatáskörtől függően a Fővárosi Bíróság kizárólagos illetékességének. Jelen szerződésben nem szabályozott kérdésekben a Polgári Törvénykönyv bérleti szerződésekre vonatkozó szabályai az irányadók.
