Across seems to have big problems today. I can not logon to the server at all. One of my colleague translators has the same issues. No news on the across website unfortunately. | | |

Hi, Across support wrote me: "Dear customer, there is currently a problem with the login database for the Across Translator Edition. Login is currently not possible We are already working intensively on a solution. Please excuse the inconvenience. Your Across Support" | |

I just received this e-mail from across Across has sent you a message Important announcement for 08. May 2021 Dear customers, We’d like to apologize once again for the outage on Monday 3rd May 2021. A power outage at our supplier's site caused a down time of the internet connection. Restarting relevant servers right after the down time, couldn’t be done without problems and took unfortunately a lot of time. Now the according power company ... May 2021 Dear customers, We’d like to apologize once again for the outage on Monday 3rd May 2021. A power outage at our supplier's site caused a down time of the internet connection. Restarting relevant servers right after the down time, couldn’t be done without problems and took unfortunately a lot of time. Now the according power company has announced that a transformer will be replaced on Saturday 8th May 2021. We have to expect an interruption of power supply for several hours. We will provide an emergency power supply, but we can’t estimate to what extent the internet access points will also be affected. It’s possible that account.across.net will not be available on Saturday. Therefore, it may not be possible to log in to the Across Translator Edition for some time. We of course give our best to avoid any interruptions.
