How to find a solution for errors in matching on Trados?

Hello!
My name is Alícia from Brazil, and I am used to translate at Pro Z from portuguese to english. But since last week, I noticed some mismatching in words which I have already made the correction on translation memory. For example, words like "hours" and "terms" began to translate into "journalism" and I would like some help.

Should I keep just correcting the translation memory again and again, or there is anything I need to do?
