in its entirety Explanation: Regarding the difference between جميعًا and كلها in this context, a question I feel might be related to gender, جميعًا can be used with feminine and masculine nouns alike and is used correctly in this sentence even though it has a masculine feel to it. كلها, being entirely a feminine word seems more suitable here with الحياة. Yet again, the original is sound and correct. It's correct to say سلّمت على النساء جميعًا; حضرت الفتيات جميعًا. I suggest the translation "human life in its entirety" |
