I provided examples related to an article or a religion. I forgot to share the Finance one too. But, the meaning is also same in Finance. As I checked dictionaries.

Asker: I know that as a general meaning. But doesn't work here. "A peremptory amount???"

قطعيات في الأمور المالية تعني مبالغ مقطوعة
Lump sum
أما كلمة
peremptories
فهي بعيدة عن المعنى المقصود تماما

ليس المقصود هنا بات أو "قطعي" كما فهمه البعض

Notes to answerer
Asker: Just possibly, but doubt it. Furthermore, doesn't seem to be the general term for "lump sum". And why in the plural? Only one amount is in question

disagree  Lilit Khiat: lump sum doesn't have same meaning as قطعيات in finance. This is simply my opinion.
