يقر كلا الطرفين بأن عنوانه المبين في صدر هذا العقد هو العنوان المعتمد لكل منهما وان جميع المكاتبات والاخطارات المرسلة او المسلمة لاي منهما تكون صحيحة قانونا وملزمة للطرفين وان هذه المراسلات تكون ذات اثر قانوني صحيح في حال تبليغها بالفاكس او بالبريد المسجل او بالتسليم باليد بموجب ايصال او التوقيع على صورة الخطاب بما يفيد الاستلام وتعتبر نافذة بحق من وجهت اليه ومنتجة لاثارها القانونية فور تبليغها ويتعهد كل طرف بابلاغ الطرف الاخر في حالة تغير العنوان خلال خمسة ايام من تاريخ التغير.
