Hi everyone,
I'm translating a Palestinian young adult novel. In this section, two characters are discussing how their friend keeps changing his opinion of the thief who stole something from him.
I haven't come across this phrase before. I'm thinking it might mean "he hasn't been himself", or "he hasn't been able to make up his mind", but please do correct me.
