Medical - Medical (general) / Blood work report
Catalan term or phrase: Eritroblastes, f ; Eritroblastes, c ; Pac-filtrat glomerular
I'm not sure what abbreviations "f", "c", and "pac" refer to in this context (a general laboratory report).

English translation:NRBCs, fraction ; NRBCs, concentration; ?- Glomerular filtrate rate
Explanation:
I had to do one of these reports today and I think I figured out at least the first two (and I'm putting it here in case this helps someone in the future). I couldn't figure out Pac, either, I just left it as Glomerular Filtrate Rate.

San-Eritroblastes, f, is measured in %, so I believe that it is the FRACTION.
Blood Erythryocytes/NRBCs (nucleated red blood cells), f (fraction)

San-Eritroblastes, c, is measured in 10E9/L, so I believe that it is the CONCENTRATION.
Blood Erythryocytes/NRBCs (nucleated red blood cells), c (concentration)

This makes sense when you look at the leukocyte counts just below these: they are expressed both as a % and in X10E9/L, as well, and mean fraction and concentration, respectively. See references, which show that fraction and concentration of NRBCs are important parts of these panels.
