Dutch term or phrase: 'afhaalconcept' (in different context)
OK, my text is not about pizza. It is about a company that manufactures tools and parts.

'Dit assortiment is speciaal gericht op de afhaalconcepten bij de professionele handel.
Het is een compleet pakket bouten, moeren, schroeven en draadnagels, waarbij de aantallen per verpakking gericht zijn op de kleinere professionele verwerker.'

I am familiar with the 'Bezorg- en afhaalconcept' in connection with pizza delivery services, etc. However, has anyone ever heard of this term being used in my context?

Technically speaking, afhaalconcept would be 'takeaway concept'. But I can't seem to think of a clever way to make something like this work in my text.

(retail) concept

Explanation:
I think that would be the best way of putting it.

I think 'afhalen' means 'afnemen', so buying, really. The idea that the buyer will not come and buy screws and bolts in their tens (amateurs), but in their hundreds as he is a professional and uses them all the time, so the packets will be much greater.

You could even just leave 'retail' out and just go for 'professional wholesale concepts' or 'wholesale/retail concepts for professionals/professional buyers'.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Kirsten! I think something like, 'This range is specially aimed at wholesale concepts for professional buyers.' seems to cover it.

procurement concept

Explanation:
"retail concept" is the selling concept of the retailer. "...afhaalconcepten bij de professionele handel" refers to the buying / procurement concepts of the customers at the professional trade -> that's a different direction.

neutral  Kirsten Bodart: Could be, but it essentially means the same thing: that it is not aimed at private customers who buy small amounts.
