The word is clear, but I find it hard to find the right translation in this situation.

Bedankt Tina. Ik vind alle oplossingen goed, maar het hangt ook af van de context. In dit geval kwam het woord meerdere keren voor en had ik een adjecrief nodig. 'Groot' voldoet ook, maar ik vind 'standaard' de beste oplossing.

Explanation:
'Full size' refers to the fact that the crib is for home use - not for travelling. The opposite is a "non-full-size crib". In Dutch this would be translated as 'campingbedje'.

neutral  Leo te Braake | dutCHem: Jou uitlegis volkomen nieuw voor mij. Mijn kleinzoon heet thuis een wieg, daarna een (uiteraard demontabel) bed(je). Bij ons sliep hij in de kinderwagenbak, en nu in een (opvouwbaar) campingbedje dat groter is dan zijn huidige bedje thuis.

  -> Als ik het goed begrijp maakt het Engels dit onderscheid (zie links). Waar wij dus twee verschillende woorden gebruiken, gebruiken zij full size en non full size

How about just 'groot'? Het enige grote ledikant dat minder weegt dan de baby.
Or: het enige ledikant van groot formaat... - that's closer to the source text, but I'd probably prefer the 1st option.
