Have been unable to find a reliable translation. My best guess is "conditions chimiques légères" ?? But would like a 2nd (and 3rd and 4th) opinion :)

Based on your responses, I think we need to establish whether "light" is referring to less agressive chemicals or a lower chemical concentration. I have contacted the client and will be back as soon as they have responded. Cheers!
