It is not a standard way of saying things. Usually we have:
1. Contract drawings (plans/dessins PRO) drawn by the architect and engineering consultants
2. Construction drawings (plans d'exécution (phase EXE) by the contractor
3. Shop drawings (plans d'atelier et de chantier) by engineering consultants to tell more about the construction and installation of specific details
4. As-built drawings (plans de récolement, plans des ouvrages exécutés) showing how things were really built.

Sometimes as-built drawings include the differences with contract drawings to show what has been changed. I think this is what this is about.

BD Finch (don't think I can answer you below): I meant standard in France and having a standard French name. The closest I can think is "plan de récolement, I am going to suggest this.

  -> But how would you translate this in French? I don't remember that in France we have a formal name or process for this comparison between design drawings and as-built drawings. DOE (or dossier de récolement) is AFAIK about as-built drawings.

Explanation:
It is part of the "dossier de récolement" or "dossier des ouvrages exécutés" (DOE) which shows how things were actually built. They can also show when there is significant departure from the engineering drawings.

At least for MEP (not sure for foundations), they can be displayed above the initial engineering drawings.

This is the closest and most accurate translation in a French context.

Je viens de rendre visite à mon ami en charge de la maîtrise d'oeuvre d'exécution sur l'un des bâtiments du chantier du siège de Vinci à la Défense et j'en ai profité pour lui poser la question : cela confirme ce que je pensais, en France il y a les "plans de récolement" ("as built drawings") mais pas de plans montrant la conformité aux plans de projet ou superposant les deux plans, sauf apparemment d'après ce que j'ai vu pour les réseaux à l'échelle d'un quartier. On pourrait donc parler de "dossier de conformité des ouvrages exécutés ou des plans de récolement", même si cela n'est pas un nom de document officiel. Par contre la MOEX vérifie bien la conformité de ce qui est construit, mais sans que cela s'inscrive dans un document officiel.
