English term or phrase: General Form of Judgment or Order
Bonjour,
Merci beaucoup !

general form of judgment or order
Formule modèle – décision ou arrêt

Explanation:
This is a blank form which is used by the court when making an order for which a specific form does not already exist. I have used these forms numerous times!

A copy of the blank form can be seen at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-n24-general-...
