I agree. "If you seat at" is not English. That's a given. I think the Asker or someone else made a spelling mistake, see my comment.
I've come across Corporate being used to mean "the headquarters" for a company that has lots of different sites, and headquarters where the corporate services sit, such as Procurement, etc, probably not used in the UK.
