technical term for a feature of a guitar, regarding the way the neck has been installed, the whole sentence is "they put the neck in here on the call, and they pressed it down and they put the radius on it", if you could help me out with the sentence please, I'll appreciate.

I believe they are talking about a 'caul', not a 'call' (they are pronounced the same way). Here are some links to explain better what a caul is. It's used to support the neck while you work on the frets or neck.
