Mit Hard-Checks werden unmögliche Antworten ausgeschlossen (hier Alter unter 0); der Fragebogen darf erst weiter bearbeitet werden, wenn der Hard-Check positiv ist. Mit Soft-Checks werden ungewöhnliche Antworten erkannt (hier Alter über 100); der Fragebogen darf aber weiter ausgefüllt werden.
