The text I have to translate is a legal text regarding a clinical trial for evaluating the "safety and efficacy of erixolin mesilate in combination with irinsarcan in children with (...) tumors". There is no further medical/pharmaceutical context.
I think it must be some kind of medicinal product or part of such. However, I have found this term absolutely nowhere. Has anybody already heard of it?
