English term or phrase: capital-squeeze
hello!
I am translating an economic article that's about the difficulty that Spanish people face in the process of launching a company. The original article was published in Washington Post.
The phrase I am trying to translate is "capital-squeeze" and the context is: "Then there’s the fact that Spanish banks are unwilling to loan money to companies with no assets. It’s a perfect capital-squeeze Catch-22 that perpetuates itself as it chokes off start-ups in need of cash to build a product and grow."

Thank you in advance for your help!

κεφαλαιακή ανεπάρκεια
Explanation:
Στο κείμενο υπάρχει ενωτικό επειδή είναι σε θέση επιθέτου.

Όλο αυτό το "capital-squeeze Catch-22" θα το έλεγα "φαύλο κύκλο κεφαλαιακής ανεπάρκειας".
