English term or phrase: buy out a job
X just informed me that Bank Y closing will now be delayed pending receipt of firm contracts covering 80% of the hard costs (as compared to around the 25 percent that they have already bought out)... Moreover, even if you could do it within a month, you would generally not want to buy out a job at such an early stage unless you were absoulutely, positively sure that nothing will change.

Explanation:

Asker: Hello Amnon, I am familiar with the first usage (re stocks) but I don't understand how the term can be used in hebrew in this case. Could you please give me an example? their meaning is that they don't want to sign up contractors for all the various buildiung tasks that early in the project.

Explanation:
to buy out a job
