מגובה בבטוחות Explanation: ה"נוטס" הן אגרות חוב והן מגובות בנכסים אחרים המבטיחים את פירעונן למשקיעים. לדוגמה האג"ח המגובות במשכנתאות שעשו את כל הבלאגן בארה"ב: גופים פיננסיים קנו חבילות של משכנתאות ושיווקו לציבור איגרות חוב ששילמו ריבית וכד'. המשקיעים היו אמורים להבטיח את השקעתם ואת קבלת הריבית באמצעות החזרי המשכנתא שקיבל מנפיק האג"ח זה שהסוף היה קצת עגום במקרה הזה - מעניין אבל לא חשוב לגבי התרגום :-) CDO ו CMO ראי למשל -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2014-03-10 21:44:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- לדעתי צריך לתרגם את זה כשטר, השתמשתי במונח אג"ח רק להמחשה |
