Could someone please help me with the exact translation into Italian of Nominees PTY LTD. I have come up with societa intestataria, but does that cover PTY LTD ? I need confirmation or correction please.

Mi sembra di capire (ma ai fini di questa domanda è abbastanza ininfluente) che le "nominee company" siano società costituite per detenere determinati beni di un certo soggetto; di qui il fatto che la dicitura compare dopo il nome o cognome di una persona.
In basso puoi trovare i profili di due società con nome simile (con sede proprio in Australia).
