polarity free 極性なし Explanation: I understand the question is about the phrase "polarity free". In Japanese, that would be 極性なし or 極性無し. It simply means that the prongs are identical, you can plug the device in in both directions (as opposed to those that have prongs of different sizes and therefore can only be plugged in in one direction).
