円の中心で弧がなす角度

Explanation:
中心角のことですね。でもこういう場合subtendにあたる日本語は聞いたことがありません。同じことを日本語で書くなら、なす（成す）じゃないでしょうか。「弧に相対（あいたい）する」の方が少し原文に近いですが。
