Prekybos centras:
- tai centralizuotai valdoma prekybinė įstaiga, kurioje veikia ne mažiau nei 10 savarankiškų parduotuvių (nuomininkų);
- joms skirtas plotas (nuomojamas arba naudingasis) sudaro ne mažiau nei 5000 kv.m.;
- pagrindinis arba kitaip inkarinis nuomininkas (anchor tenant) sudaro ne daugiau nei 70 proc. nuomojamo ploto.
Tad jei prekybinis plotas atitinka šiuos tris punktus, jis priskiriamas “prekybos centrui” ir toliau atitinkamai įtakos zonai ir klasei.
