szkło prekursor Explanation: Przydatność mechanochemii w otrzymywaniu szkieł specjalnych Autorzy Ciecińska M. Wybrane pełne teksty z tego czasopisma http://www.szklo-ceramika.pl Języki publikacji PL Abstrakty PL Przedmiotem pracy jest określenie wpływu aktywacji mechanicznej polegającej na długotrwałym mieleniu szkła na proces spiekania i krystalizacji szkieł z układów SiO2 - CaO - P2O5 celem otrzymania drobnokrystalicznej bioaktywnej szkło-ceramiki. Procesy te najintensywniej przebiegają dla szkieł mielonych do uziarnienia 0,045 mm. Jest to rezultat wzrostu powierzchni właściwej wywołującej nukleację krystalizacji. Zbyt długie jednak mielenie prowadzi do pewnych zniekształceń struktury szkła, co osłabia zdolności krystalizacyjne szkieł. Aktywacja mechaniczna szkieł prekursorów zwiększa bioaktywność wytwarzanej z nich szkło-ceramiki. EN Influence of the mechanical activation of glass powders by long time grinding, on sintering and crystallization of SiO2 - CaO - P2O5 glass - ceramics obtained from them was studied. Grinding the glass to 0,045 mm diminishes significantly sintering temperature and increases its intensity. This is the result of the surface energy increases and at the same time increases of its crystals nucleation activity. Too long mechanical treatment diminishes the crystallization ability as a consequence of glass structure distortion. Mechanical treatment of precursor glass increases also biological activity of glass-ceramic materials obtained.
