If you scroll down on this menu, you will see that on "Week 2" menu, on the row where potatoes are prepared in various sorts of different ways for each day, on a Thursday are listed as "baby boilers"

  -> There are baby carrots etc, but "baby boilers" is a colloquial expression in UK. When we say "boiler" without any other reference, we are usually talking about potatoes. It is a case of current usage.
