English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

9.1 Seller will indemnify Company X against, and hold it harmless from, any cost, loss, damage, or liability (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to Seller’s (i) breach of any representation or warranty in this Agreement, (ii) conduct, or (iii) the failure, or alleged failure of the Products as manufactured and sold to Company X to fully comply with all applicable laws, standards, codes, specifications and regulations or to be suitable for resale or other distribution by Company X as contemplated by this Agreement. All warranty and indemnification provisions of this Agreement will survive the termination hereof.
