estoy traduciendo unos estatutos y este extracto está en el apartado: "Certain Matters Pertaining to Stockholder Business and Nominations".

He visto "subject security" traducido como "valor pertinente", pero también aparece la palabra "value", y me preguntaba si "título" y "valor" en este caso son intercambiables para no repetir "valor" en este ejemplo.

Traducciones razonables que he visto son "título valor pertinente" o "título valor de referencia" (pero este último en algunos contratos puede llevar a duda, porque referencia también puede significar "que se toma como referencia", mientras que se está queriendo decir "título valor al que se hace referencia".)

"título valor pertinente" es el sentido de que específicamente en el contrato es de ese título valor y no de otro del que se está hablando: por ejemplo Bonos de U.T.E. Clase 1 con vencimiento 1/3/2022.
