English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general)

Hello,
I am translating an ooposition to an appeal brief, and one of the paragraphs refers to the probability of an event occurring and includes the phrase "naked statistics" but I can't seem to find an equivalent in Spanish.

the prhase is:

"A naked statistic merely reports an accidental grouping. It neither instantiates an abstract element nor is an ex post causal probability associated with such generalization. Since it is not related to any possibly causal generalization, a naked statistic is of no use.
