English term or phrase: PROVIDED ALWAYS

"pay the Residue of my Estate to my sons XXX, XXX, and XXX and if more than one in equal shares absolutely PROVIDED ALWAYS that should any child of mine die in my lifetime leaving a child or children who attain the age of 18 or marry under that age such child or children shall take by substitution the share of my estate which his her or their parent would have taken had he or she survived me.

Lo que no sé cómo expresar es "and if more than one in equal shares absolutely PROVIDED ALWAYS"

Cualquier sugerencia bienvenida.

Muchas gracias por adelantado

No obstante,
Explanation:

Explanation:
I don't see this as "provided that" (example: The goods will be delivered provided that the buyer has paid a deposit". Meaning, "no deposit = no goods").
Here the bit about grandchildren surviving a pre-deceased child is not a condition affecting the distribution to the named heirs XX, XX and XXX. It's actually a special case. If any of the named heirs dies before the testator, but they have children, then any such children who have either reached the age of 18 or, if under 18, are married at the time of the testator's death get their deceased parent's share of grandma's/grandpa's estate.
