Dubt about sentence

English to Spanish Bus/Financial SAP
I have following sentence to translate, but I am not able to understand what it mean...

Security-wise, for the change to allow eCATT and CATT in client maintenance SCC4 – is restricted since the SAP GUI normal dialog (non-RFC) users are still obviously restricted with the transaction code access to ECATT and CATT transaction codes (Transaction code SCAT and SECATT).

Someone can help me a lttle? I am not asking for a translation, but to try to undestand what it says. TIA

Security-wise, for the change to allow eCATT and CATT, access is maintained since the dialog users are restricted to ECATT and CATT by assignment to transaction codes SCAT and SECATT
Mmento Mar 20, 2014:

@ Pablo Your question was unclear to begin with, but the sentence is badly written and very confusing. However, I know very little about SAP to offer a sensible rewrite, but the whole sentence does need to be rewritten to be understandable. I am not sure if this link will shed more light on the issue: http://www.sap-press.de/katalog/buecher/htmlleseproben/gp/ht... Good luck!

Selected

security-wise > as far as it relates to security issues

I believe it simply means "related to security issues/matters".

If they know what they are doing, they can change such data anyway... and in another client... that is unless you really really really restrict them **security wise**.. but that would be to the point of them not being able to do anything.

With the application of this support package changes were made by SAP to the function ... **Security-wise**, for the change to allow eCATT and CATT in client ...
