English term or phrase: Rockfish
Hello everybody!
I'm translating a documentary from English to Spanish (Spain) and there is a scene where they are fishing rockfish in the Gulf of Alaska. Searching in the Internet I only find terms in latin (Sebastidae, etc) for the general species of the fish, and then I got "sebastes" but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. I need an especific term for a rockfish that also is eaten.
Some context:
"-I love rockfish. We got five of those each, so we should get fifteen between all of us.
-Rockfish are small so we're not getting, like, a ton of meat from it, but it's super tasty to eat. Yeah. Pull the rockfish now."
Thank you in advance.

rockfish
gallineta

Explanation:
Si se trata de la familia Sebastidae creo que sería más indicado de gallineta (es el término que emplearía un pescadero) o, de forma más general, pescado de roca.

black rockfish > pez espada

Explanation:
The most common rockfish in Alaska is the black rockfish, or sebastes melanops (sometimes mistakenly called a "black bass"). These fish can be found in schools numbering in the hundreds, or in small pods on rocky reef areas. Like all rockfishes, black rockfish are voracious feeders and strong fighters.

The black rockfish (Sebastes melanops), also known variously as the black seaperch, black bass, black rock cod, sea bass, black snapper and Pacific Ocean perch,[1] is a rockfish of the genus Sebastes. It is sometimes misidentified as the "red snapper".[1]
