Om jag har förstått det rätt handlar det alltså inte om en chefsposition (dvs. det är inte ett test för mellanchefer), utan snarare om den nivån man når efter att ha jobbat i ett par år. Finns det något effektivt sätt att översätta "mid-level" på i detta sammanhang?
