Pankki
Nosturityö (this is actually the invoiced product). Anybody could help out?

Nosturityö --this must refer to the billable hours of work done by a crane of some sort, also referred to as cranage charge... perhaps in loading/unloading something?? Sorry that I cannot be more specific, but the context is very limited.

agree  Owen Witesman: Leave out the "the" before "reference number" and this is perfect. *After comment*: I still wouldn't use the definite article. It doesn't really matter if it is a known reference number, especially in a notice (Huom!) like this.
