I need help with this title. Within a department of a government ministry there is a service with the title above. I am not sure how to translate it. agree  philgoddard: Angelica has shortened the name - it's actually "Service de la performance, du financement et de la contractualisation avec les organismes de recherche". You could say "research procurement" for the last bit, to make it less of a mouthful.
