I take the French at present to mean two things which needs confirmation
1 Designed for customers rather than for some other entity like businesses (a bit like the problems with Skype)
2 Design based on customer feedback.

I think my suggestion can be read both ways but I remain low on confidence about a couple of things. This suggestion is just to start the ball rolling.
