Unfortunately, there is no more context. In is written in list form just as I have written above.

The title of the section it is written under is 'examens complementaires réalisés à la garde'
and then just the list as I have written in my original post. A new section starts straight after that.

I am already aware what 'coag' refers to, I am just stuck on 'Usu'. Unfortunately I do not think it refers to anything sent in the links provided.

The 'coag' abbreviation on the lab report is coagulation in connection with circulation and potential clots. This might help with Usu date - time with a reference to a Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences.
