18th arrondissement Explanation: This probably refers to the fact that the 18th arrondissement has the Boulevard de Clichy, near Pigalle, which is 'famous' for its sex shops, nude and topless shows etc. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 21 mins (2013-09-16 14:31:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "Le Boulevard de Clichy, près de la Place Pigalle, a encore aujourd'hui une réputation sulfureuse, bien que, phénomène récent, de nombreux cafés et bars très agréables y ouvrent, conférant au quartier un certain dynamisme et une certaine respectabilité...
