Hallo,

der eingesternte Teil des unten zitierten Satzes bereitet mir Schwierigkeiten, weil "établi" sich nur auf "acte" beziehen kann (und weder auf "rectification" noch auf "erreur", da es in der maskulinen Form dasteht, der Satz aber in diesem Fall für mich keinen Sinn ergibt, da ein Fehler der erst später gemacht wird (also in einem später erstellten Dokument) nicht schon im Voraus korrigiert werden kann.

La lettre du notaire ... n'est pas une *rectification d'une éventuelle erreur contenue dans un acte établi postérieurement*, ainsi que le soutient la société X, mais la matérialisation de l'offre amiable émise en application de l'article L. 143-12 du code rural.

neutral  Schtroumpf: Nein, es heißt tatsächlich "acte établi postérieurement". Für ein CL5 reicht das einfach nicht.
