Analyse der Verfahren zur Berechnung der Immobilienpreisindizes.
Erwähnt wird unter anderem der «Characteristic Prices Approach» (franz. Approche des caractéristiques structurelles), der von Eurostat in einem Handbuch zur Indexberechnung (RPPI Handbook 2011, Kap. 6) beschrieben wird.

Erklärung: «The characteristics prices approach uses the implicit prices of the characteristics of the model (the regression coefficients) as the basis for constructing the price index, in a similar way as in a typical price index formula, but where the regression coefficients assume the role of the prices and the quantities are the quantities are the number of units of characteristics.»

Bei Eurostat wird dieses Verfahren mit dem Imputationsverfahren gleichgesetzt, während in meinem Text steht (in F, deshalb poste ich die Frage sowohl E-D als auch F-D):

«L'approche par les caractéristiques, comme l'approche par imputation, fait référence aux formules de calcul des indices de prix traditionnels, tout en permettant de pallier aux problèmes d’observabilité auxquels ces indices doivent faire face.»

Das würde nun aber heissen, dass es sich um eine andere Methode handelt, oder? Weiss jemand, wie dieser «Characteristics Prices Approach» bzw. «Approche des caractéristiques structurelles» in Deutsch genannt wird?

Explanation:
Il existe plusieurs variantes techniques, mais ils partagent cette approche générale. Je doubte qu'il y ait un plus proche équivalent en allemand.
