Explanation:
Wydaje mi się, że chodzi tu właśnie o stworzenie jakiejś historii, scenariusza wydarzeń, a nie tylko wybranie pomiędzy dwoma czy kilkoma konsekwencjami danego zachowania. Czyli np.: "Jeśli przestanę wykonywać czynność X, to stanę się agresywny, jeśli stanę się agresywny to znowu uderzę żonę, jeśli znowu uderzę żonę...itd". I przy każdym z tych zdarzeń pacjent ma za zadanie wyobrazić sobie swoje uczucia oraz zastanowić się nad sposobem radzenia sobie z nimi.
