German to English Art/Literary Linguistics
What does the phrase "Past zu meiner Ansicht" mean?
"Past" written with one -s. (??)

This is a response in a survey on a medication.

German natives please help!

@Horst @Ramey I can speak only for myself, of course, but especially in cases like this (lots of possibilities) it seems more productive to aim for what speakers of the target language might say in the same SITUATION rather than parse too literally and end up with a strange-sounding English phrase..

To parse it, one might think it says "this is in keeping with my point of view", or "my way of thinking." Now most proposals turn this around, making it say "I agree with this". Since they come from rather superior translators, would anyone care to enlighten me?

Ansicht can mean approval. Sentence as understood by the context given.
