il mio suggerimento di chiedere lumi al cliente si basa sulla mia pluridecennale esperienza (mai avuto problemi in tal senso, anzi) e sul fatto che "rumgeben" è comunque un'espressione colloquiale, a meno che non si tratti di un refuso
