"Als aktuelle Bezugsgröße (Zielindex) für die Wertsicherung für Dienstleistungsentgelte gilt die für den vorletz- ten Monat der aktuellen Preisgültigkeitsperiode verlautbarte Indexzahl.
Als historische Bezugsgröße (Basisin- dex) die für ebendiesen Monat verlautbarte Indexzahl des Vorjahres.
Die Wertanpassung erfolgt aufgrund der prozentualen Differenz zwischen Zielindex und Basisindex."

He encontrado una referencia suiza sobre indización donde se explica de forma sucinta el funcionamiento de este tipo de magnitudes. Veamos:
