φασόν outwork Explanation: Από το Websters. "EPIKHΝRISI FASΣN επιχείρηση φασόν OUTWORK ENTERPRISE Name given to subcontracting enterprises to which a commissioning enterprise entrusts a part of production. Very widespread in Greece, chiefly in the clothing industry, these enterprises employ employees within a formal employment relationship. The employer is called ασονιερηζ, (a loan-word originating from the French faηonnier ), which is in fact the same term as that used to refer to outworkers who work outside any formal employment relationship." www.fr.eurofound.eu.int/emire/GREECE/OUTWORK-GR.html |
