the way I look at things Explanation: I think David's answer is 100% correct in terms of a literal translation, but if I had to translate that sentence you gave as a sample, I would say: "The way I look at things, a person who has served in the army is enough of an Israeli to.... Could also be: "in my view".. "the way I look at things" is equivalent to "in my conceptual world" in terms of meaning. |
