Actually it's Hindi song from a superhit Bollywood movie, in which Hero sings this song for his beloved and asks her to say that she loves him. The lyrics of the song is "Dil mera sunne ko bekaraar hai, kaho na... pyar hai" i.e. I am curious/eager to hear from you that you love me.
