Hungarian term or phrase: udovozoljuk nalunk
Dear Recipient,
A kind Hungarian-English translator told me that this phrase means "welcome at our place". After several tries with the on-line dictonary service, I finally figured out that "udvozol" is a word itself while "juk" seems to be a suffix! Please, can anyone tell me what the function of "juk" is in Hungarian? Is it a suffix or an indicator of a case, I wonder? If it's a indicator of a case, could you please give me some examples of how it is used? Thank you very much indeed. I'm looking forward to having a reply soon.
